What is the minimum yardage that i need to buy?
On our website, the minimum amount that you can buy is 10 meters per fabric. Note that it is impossible to order multiple smaller cuts of different fabrics to reach that minimum.
Which method of payment do you accept?
Our online portal accepts all credit cards as well as Visa/debit cards, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay and Shop Pay. In store you can pay by Visa, Mastercard or cash. Checks will be accepted only by accounts that have pre-established payment terms with us.
What is your return policy?
We accept the return of 10m+ pieces in their original state (unwashed or cut) within 30 days of purchasing.
What is your shipping transit time?
We try our best to ship within 2 to 3 days upon receipt of order.
Is there an extra shipping charge if I order online?
Yes, delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.
Is there parking on site?
There is parking on St-Laurent on both sides of the street and on the north side, directly at the entrance to our parking lot there are 6 spaces reserved for our customers. Arrive at the opening to make sure you have a place!
Where do your fabrics come from?
For the moment, all our fabrics come from Montloup, a local manufacturer of eco-friendly fabrics. You can also see the origin of fibers on each individual product sheet. For more information, visit their website: https://www.montloup.com/
Do you have all Montloup products in stock?
As on tonitex.com, we will validate the availability of the product you wish to order before finalizing the payment. If it is not in stock, we will consider producing it for your needs.
